This is a theme for Kustom Live Wallpaper which you can find for free on the Play Store.Android battery meter becomes more distressed and "crippled" the more your battery drains-Set Kustom as your wallpaper. -Go to "Load Preset" in Kustom Settings.-Load the theme by clicking theme icon in the list.-Rock On!
All colors are configurable in the Global tab
